Job summary

Fleetcraft is building the essential software that technicians use daily in aviation, from architecture to deployment. You’ll own critical components and shape how AI is used on the hangar floor to streamline maintenance operations.

You’ll work with technologies like FastAPI, TypeScript, React, and OpenAI/Anthropic, and you’ll collaborate with regulators and managers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions while maintaining a hands-on, fast-paced start-up rhythm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack experience.
• Ability to build high-quality software fast.
• A co-owner mindset with autonomy to own the outcome.
• Aerospace experience isn’t required.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale core systems that aircraft MROs rely on daily.
• Develop AI agent systems end-to-end from hangar floor interfaces to workflow orchestration.
• Own projects from architecture to deployment with autonomy over decisions.
• Own reliability: infrastructure, observability, and evals for AI in a regulated industry.
• Convert aerospace data from manuals and work orders to trusted pipelines.
• Stay at the frontier by adopting new model capabilities and improving tooling.
• Talk to technicians, maintenance managers, and regulators, translating learnings into product decisions.
