You will ship end-to-end features, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product, data, and security teams. Applicants should bring a proven track record in distributed systems and cloud-scale operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep backend expertise designing, building, and operating scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with event-driven and real-time architectures and durable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and direction of Ventures products end to end.
• Take new ideas from 0→1 and build testable versions quickly.
• Design, build, and operate scalable backend systems and real-time experiences.
• Build platform capabilities that multiple products can share across EA games.
• Ensure safe releases with feature flags, staged rollouts, and observability.
