Job summary

Hesta Health Limited is seeking a Founders Associate to accelerate the growth of the company. You will work directly with the co-founders, tackle the hardest problems, and move fast with no playbook in a hybrid London setting.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, build rigorous analyses, and shape product-market fit while supporting hiring, fundraising and investor reporting as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent quantitative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience building models and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority company problems end-to-end: define the problem, work out what needs to happen, drive execution and close the loop.
• Turn messy questions into rigorous analysis: build models, interrogate data, size opportunities and make clear recommendations.
• Build and own our core business reporting, ensuring the founders understand what is happening in the business and why.
• Drive cross-functional projects where there is no obvious owner, from customer experience and service operations to growth, hiring and partnerships.
• Support hiring across the company, including pipeline analysis, sourcing, interview coordination and removing bottlenecks.
• Support fundraising, investor reporting and other founder priorities as the company evolves.
