About us:

• People deserve to own their vacations. We’re launching Europe’s first user-owned portfolio of compact, designer vacation homes
• We target mass-affluent travellers with active lifestyles (cyclists, skiers, etc.) from large cities who frequently return to a select few year-round hotspots, like Mallorca and Austria
• Our concept is small-scale, luxury real estate (2-bedroom villas or apartments), which we build using modular technology or renovate
• We are a well-funded stealth startup operating at the intersection of real estate, fintech and hospitality, currently building our founding team to deliver the first 3 locations this year

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a fast-paced professional environment (VC-funded startups, Investment banking, MBB consulting)
• Demonstrable interest in real estate, architecture or hospitality
• Ability to own and juggle multiple, fast-paced work-streams
• Strategic thinking and independent execution in an environment of ambiguity
• Founder-like mindset, strong ownership/initiative, curiosity, resilience, resourcefulness
• Fluent in English with additional fluency in German and/or Italian preferred
• Willingness to travel across our European vacation locations (Mallorca, Austria, Portugal, Italy)
• Legal working rights in the UK or the European Union

Tasks:

• Support founders/CEOs on high-priority strategic initiatives, go-to-market activities, and operations
• Build relationships with real estate agents and local partners to drive our real estate pipeline
• Provide recommendations for process automation for repetitive tasks with the use of software (AI tools)
• Conduct market research to shape product and business strategy
• Manage investor relations and managing real estate lender conversations
• Provide analytical support (financial modelling, data-driven decision-making, reporting)
