Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate staff.
• Significant experience working in a fostering service in a management capacity.
• Experience in recruitment, retention and supervision of in-house foster carers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Supervisory Teams x 2 including Mockingbird, Recruitment Team and Kinship Team, and Panel Advisor.
• Provide visionary leadership and ensure continuity of support for service users.
