Walsall Council in the Black Country is seeking a Fostering Recruitment Officer to guide prospective foster carers through the first steps of a life-changing journey. You will be a trusted contact from the first call, supporting applicants and coordinating steps with the four partner authorities to ensure a warm, timely and well-organised experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fostering, social care, recruitment or people-focused settings.
• Ability to build trust, listen well and help others make informed decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload and deadlines.
