Job summary

Accenture Palantir Business Group in London is seeking a technically versatile professional to own client problems from end to end.

You'll handle deep data engineering with PySpark and Python, build user-facing apps in TypeScript/React, and embed AI workflows into existing solutions for real client impact.

Based onsite with clients, you will translate complex technical language for stakeholders, participate in show-and-tell reviews, and contribute to internal products and learnings.

Qualifications

• Fluency in core languages and ability to pick up others quickly.
• Understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and application development.
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or similar is preferred, though not mandatory if you are willing to learn.
• High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a proactive self-starting nature.

Responsibilities

• Take significant ownership of client problems end to end.
• Handle deep data engineering, including PySpark and Palantir Foundry tooling.
• Build user-facing front-end applications and widgets in TypeScript/REACT.
• Translate complex technical language for non-technical stakeholders to drive client impact.
• Embed AI workflows into existing applications using Palantir-related tools.
• Contribute to Decho Labs by building internal products and feeding deployment learnings back into the company.
• Show-and-tell culture through teach-backs and tech reviews; uplift peers via internal channels.
• Iterate to deliver solutions based on real-time client feedback.

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• Fluency in core languages such as Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or REACT, with the ability to pick up others quickly
• Understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and application development
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or similar is preferred, though not mandatory if you are willing to learn
• High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a proactive self-starting nature
• Ability to manage client expectations and seek out and accept help when needed
• Ability to present demos, simplify complexity for non-technical users, and focus on delivering client impact
• Flexibility and mobility to spend time onsite with clients and partners as required
• Ability to meet the stated security clearance requirements

Responsibilities

• Take significant individual ownership of client problems from end to end
• Handle deep data engineering, including low/no-code Palantir Foundry tooling, Python, and PySpark code repos
• Build user-facing front-end applications and widgets in TypeScript or REACT
• Sit directly alongside clients, understand their goals and requirements, and translate complex technical language into stakeholder-appropriate communication
• Embed AI workflows into existing applications using tools such as AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts, and AIFDE
• Contribute to Decho Labs by building internal products and feeding deployment learnings back into the company
• Self-assign taskings and actively participate in the show-and-tell culture through teach-backs and tech reviews
• Uplift peers through internal support channels
• Work iteratively to build fast, maintain a backlog, show work to clients, and refine solutions based on real-time feedback
