Job description

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Fluency in core languages including Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or REACT, with the ability to pick up others quickly
• Understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and application development
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or similar is preferred, but not mandatory if you have a strong willingness to learn
• High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a proactive self-starting approach
• Ability to manage client expectations and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Flexibility and mobility to spend time onsite with clients and partners as required
• Eligibility to meet the stated security clearance requirements

Responsibilities:

• Take significant individual ownership of client problems from end to end
• Deliver deep data engineering work using low/no-code Palantir Foundry tooling, Python, and PySpark code repositories
• Build user-facing front-end applications and widgets in TypeScript or REACT
• Sit directly alongside clients to understand their goals and translate requirements into stakeholder-appropriate communication
• Embed AI workflows into existing applications using tools such as AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts, and AIFDE
• Contribute to Decho Labs by building internal products and sharing deployment learnings across the business
• Self-assign taskings and actively participate in teach-backs, tech reviews, and internal support channels
• Present demos, simplify complexity for non-technical users, and focus on delivering client impact
