• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within fast-paced, time-critical environments.
• Attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Willingness and availability for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through to on-site delivery and post-event review.
• Produce detailed project plans including schedules, staffing requirements, equipment lists, logistics planning, and operational timelines.
• Coordinate project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
• Produce accurate project updates, schedules, reports, and delivery documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clear communication across internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular updates, and effective expectation management.
• Lead project meetings and ensure actions, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and tracked.
• Coordinate effectively across clients, suppliers, production teams, and operational stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Coordinate technical crew, suppliers, equipment, freelancers, and operational logistics across projects.
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery on-site.
• Support international travel planning, freight coordination, scheduling, and operational requirements.
• Align internal departments and operational teams to ensure project milestones and delivery requirements are achieved.
• Support quality assurance across project delivery and operational execution.
