You will collaborate with global teams to translate innovative ideas into practical strategies that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability in content operations.**Responsibilities*** Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline editorial, metadata, and content operations workflows across global operations teams* Support the development and execution of the GFP AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and execute AI and automation content optimization from ideation to global deployment* Review proposed approaches and designs to ensure alignment with organizational standards, governance, and quality expectations* Oversee the integration of AI and automation solutions for global deployment* Create progress reports and communicate updates and outcomes to internal teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders using data-driven insights* Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and automation with a global focus* Drive continuous improvement by documenting processes, sharing lessons learned, and promoting responsible AI usage**Requirements*** Experience in content operations, project management, or product development* Extensive experience across forms and precedents content in at least one global region* Experience utilizing AI and automation for content optimization* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, leading global cross-functional projects across multiple time zones* Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget* Proficiency in AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning applications* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and present at both detailed and executive levels**Work in a Way That Works for You**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
