A community-focused retailer in Manchester is seeking a Format and Portfolio Manager to lead its Supply Chain strategy. This role involves overseeing multiple property projects and developing a high-performance team. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail operations and strong project management skills. This position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working model.
£84,000 - £88,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 4)
Full time, 37.5 hours
Manchester city centre - We’re now working in a hybrid way, with colleagues dividing their time between working from home and 2 days in the office. Some travel will also be required for this role.
We’re looking for a Format and Portfolio Manager to join our Supply Chain leadership team.
Our newly created format and portfolio team are responsible for delivering around 500 capital investment projects each year that keeps our stores performing at their best, from refits and relocations to opening new stores. They also provide trading support for a diverse estate, helping stores respond to local challenges and optimising performance. We’ll look to you to set the vision and strategic direction for the team, making sure we have the right capabilities and processes in place to set the team up for success and drive the growth of our Co‑op.
