Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Forklift Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution operation in the UK. You will load and unload vehicles with a forklift, move and store stock, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with 10 hour shifts. The role offers £13 per hour, weekly pay, and 28 days' annual leave pro-rata. Closing date is 20261111.

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date forklift licence.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift.
• Moving, loading and unloading stock safely around the warehouse.
• Putting goods away into designated storage locations.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Checking incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and damage.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required.
