Quattro Resourcing is seeking a Forklift Warehouse Operative for a full-time, permanent position in Papworth Everard. A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential, and you will join a busy warehouse delivering accurate picking, packing and dispatch.

You will work PM shift 3:30pm to 12:00am, five days a week on a rolling rota, with Saturdays typically off. The role includes goods-in support, stock control, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment, with opportunities for training and

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Experience in a busy warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet targets.
• Prepare orders for dispatch including pallet wrapping and labelling.
• Load and unload deliveries using warehouse equipment and FLT where qualified.
• Check incoming goods for quality and accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock rotation and ensure proper storage of products.
• Complete warehouse paperwork and stock records accurately.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
