Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a busy manufacturing site in Ruddington, United Kingdom. Immediate starts are available with a choice of shifts.

The role is an ongoing temporary position with two shift patterns: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking/packing, stock movement with a forklift, and preparing goods for dispatch, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or manufacturing role is essential.
• For forklift duties, a valid Counterbalance FLT licence is required.
• You’ll also need a reliable and hardworking attitude, good attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders.
• Moving and transporting stock around the warehouse using a forklift.
• Preparing goods for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following all company health and safety procedures and supporting the wider warehouse team.
