Job summary

Collide Joinery Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Labourer for a precision engineering company in Poole. You will support day-to-day workshop operations, handle materials, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organised manufacturing environment.The role requires a valid forklift licence, factory or engineering workshop experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required.
• Experience in factory, manufacturing or engineering workshop.
• Able to perform manual handling tasks and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet trucks to move materials.
• Load and unload deliveries from lorries.
• Move components and jobs between factory units.
• Clean workshop floors and machinery; remove swarf and spills.
• Support general workshop housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with other workshop duties as required.
