Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is sourcing an experienced FLT Operative for a well-established manufacturer in Chippenham. This permanent role blends forklift work with general logistics duties in a busy factory setting.

You must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (own licence preferred), be able to perform heavy manual handling, and be available at short notice. Shifts are 6.00am–2.00pm and 2.00pm–10.00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime where offered.

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform heavy manual handling.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Production/Factory/Logistics/Dispatch as FLT Operator or similar is preferred.
• Own valid in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (not in-house).
• Available to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Role combines Fork Lift Truck work with general Logistics Operative duties.
• Operate Counterbalance FLT, VNA, and LLOP to move large products, load and unload.
• Assist with loading delivery vans and other duties as requested by management.
