Job summary

Fold Hill Pet in Old Leake, Boston, is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operative to join our on-site team. You will move materials, monitor quality, and support production with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or similar production environment.
• Valid and up-to-date forklift licences (FLT, Reach or counterbalance).
• Strong understanding of quality checks, CCPs and food-safety standards.
• Knowledge of stock control systems and material tracing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality at checkpoints and escalate deviations.
• Maintain traceability through accurate records and paperwork.
• Move materials using forklift, reach and counterbalance trucks.
• Assist with line start-ups, changeovers and shutdown checks.
• Work with production, quality and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
