Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Birmingham seeks an experienced FLT Driver to join their team. The successful candidate will operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently, transport goods, and assist with warehouse duties. Candidates should possess a valid Reach & Counterbalance forklift license and relevant experience in a logistics environment. The role offers competitive pay and day shifts from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Valid Reach & CB forklift truck license.
  • Prior experience operating forklifts for 6 months plus.
  • Computer literate.
  • Driving license advantageous.

  • Safely and efficiently operate forklift trucks within a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Transport goods and materials to desired locations.
  • Handle heavy lifting (doors can weigh up to 50kg).
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

The company – UK's leading supplier of quality replacement doors.

We are seeking an experienced FLT Driver with Counterbalance and Reach truck license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating within a logistics environment.

Pay: £13.50

Location: Shirley B90 4SH

Day Shifts: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate forklift trucks within a warehouse or industrial setting
  • Transport goods and materials to desired locations
  • Handle heavy lifting (doors can weigh up to 50kg)
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (loading, unloading, preparing for dispatch)
  • You might be asked to deliver goods to customers using company vehicles
Qualifications
  • Valid Reach & CB forklift truck license
  • Prior experience operating forklifts 6 months plus
  • Strong focus on safety and adherence to operating procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet the physical demands of the job
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
  • Computer literate
  • Driving license will be an advantage as the company may ask you to drive the company vehicles when required.
