Job summary

Callaway Golf Company in Swindon invites applications for a Material Handler (Forklift) at the Swindon SuperHub. This is a permanent role, onsite, 40 hours per week, with shifts 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday.

You will move, store, pick, pack, receive and dispatch products, ensuring orders are accurate and inventory is kept up to date. Requires valid forklift certification and prior warehouse experience; SAP experience is a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift truck certification.
• Previous warehouse, distribution or material handling experience preferred.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload.
• Basic computer literacy and RF scanning device familiarity.
• Experience with SAP warehouse systems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out warehouse activities across receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory processes.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and to quality standards.
• Complete stock movements, inventory transactions and order processing using warehouse systems and RF equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and according to training and procedures.
• Support loading, unloading, storage, and movement of goods to maintain flow.
• Assist with inventory control activities including cycle counts and variance resolution.
• Support returns, refusals and other corrective actions per processes.
• Communicate issues promptly to Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Maintain housekeeping, health & safety and compliance across warehouse activities.
