Job summary

Sally Europe is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT licence to join our Distribution Centre. You will safely operate forklift trucks and MHE, move and store stock, and work towards daily KPIs while following all processes and safety rules.

You will use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and collaborate with your Team Leader to ensure efficient daily planning. We welcome proactive, reliable team players who can adapt to shift patterns and operate safely.

Qualifications

• Needs a valid FLT qualification and forklift operation experience.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and safety focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and flexibility with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating forklift trucks and MHE.
• Moving, handling and storing stock within the Distribution Centre.
• Working towards daily productivity targets and KPIs.
• Following warehouse processes, work instructions and H&S procedures.
• Using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related equipment.
• Keeping the working area clean, organized and safe.
• Collaborating with Team Leader and colleagues to meet daily plans.
