Job summary

Interaction Technical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Basingstoke and surrounding areas. You will service and repair forklift trucks and material handling equipment on customer sites, with opportunities for overtime and career progression.

Base salary ranges £37,000–£42,000 with OTE £50,000+. The role includes a company van, fuel card and door-to-door travel, with a 42.5-hour week from Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing forklifts or material handling equipment.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining forklift trucks.
• Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults.
• Attending breakdowns and carrying out reactive repairs.
• Completing planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Repairing diesel, petrol, LPG and electric engines and drive systems.
