This hands‑on role involves providing expert maintenance and repair services for a wide range of material‑handling equipment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customers’ operations run smoothly with safe, reliable, and efficient machinery.

Job Overview

• Responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of various forklift trucks and material‑handling equipment
• Work both independently and as part of a supportive team to uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency
• Split between workshop and field‑based duties, supporting a diverse customer base across multiple industries

Role Requirements

• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing forklifts or similar material‑handling equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working hours: Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑16:30, Friday 8:00‑15:30
