The role involves operating a forklift safely in a busy yard, loading/unloading vehicles, moving stock, and completing daily checks. A valid Counterbalance licence is required; overtime after 42.5 hours is paid at a higher rate. Shift covers Monday to Friday with early start times.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)
• Experience operating a forklift in a yard environment is preferred
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious worker

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently in a busy yard
• Load and unload vehicles
• Move stock and materials around yard
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and paperwork
