Job summary

Indeed Flex is recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join our busy Irthlingborough site (NN9). The role supports production and warehouse operations, with a 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday shift and weekly pay options.

You must hold both Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences. Duties include operating the forklift, moving products, packing, quality checks, stacking pallets, and maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences.
• Experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently.
• Move products around the factory and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Pack products and assemble packaging to required standards.
• Carry out visual quality checks to meet specifications.
• Stack finished products onto pallets in correct configuration.
• Complete online production and quality checks.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
• Follow health & safety procedures and site regulations.

Forklift Driver - Weekly Pay - Irthlingborough (NN9)

Shift Pattern: 7am - 3pm | Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers to join our client's busy operation in Irthlingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting production and warehouse operations.

Please note, you will be required to hold both a Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licence for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Moving products throughout the factory and preparing goods for warehouse dispatch.
• Packing products and assembling packaging to required standards.
