Job summary

Allstaff Manufacturing Division is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver for night shift in Johnstone. Temporary, full-time role with Sunday to Thursday 10pm–6am, paying £16.99 per hour.

You will operate a Counterbalance forklift and support busy warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate holds a valid Counterbalance forklift licence, is safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Forklift Driver based in Johnstone. Our client is looking for a reliable Forklift Driver to join their busy manufacturing environment on a temporary, full-time basis. This is a nightshift position working Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am. The successful candidate must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence and be confident working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently within the manufacturing facility.
• Loading and unloading materials and deliveries.
• Moving raw materials, finished goods and stock to designated areas.
• Suppling materials to production areas as required.
• Carrying out routine checks on the forklift before use.
• Ensuring materials are stored safely and correctly.
• Supporting general warehouse and manufacturing duties when required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
