Forklift Driver   Annual Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (subject to experience and licences) Location: RG7, Reading Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Reach Truck Driver to join our team in Theale. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a thriving and expanding business. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including working in the frozen and COS (Chilled Order Storage) stores, so a readiness to work in temperature-controlled environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch goods.
• Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely, following all training and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse targets and KPIs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to support career progression.
• Work in frozen and chilled storage areas, adhering to cold chain protocols and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Forklift role or similar.
• Reach Truck Forklift licence or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
