Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Housing Site Forklift Driver to join a busy residential development in Braunton. You will safely operate a telehandler/forklift, move materials around site and support trades to keep the project running smoothly.

The role requires a valid CPCS or NPORS telehandler/forklift ticket, prior housing-site experience, good health and safety knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler/Forklift ticket.
• Previous experience on residential housing sites.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Full PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a telehandler/forklift safely on a busy housing development.
• Load, unload, and distribute materials across site.
• Assist site management with deliveries and material storage.
• Support trades with movement of materials as required.
• Carry out daily machine checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures on site.
• Assist with general site duties when not operating the machine.
