Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Driver at the Doncaster site (DN10). The role offers a base pay rate of £15.02 per hour, with a top-up of £2.73 for unsociable hours after 6pm. There are two morning shifts (6:00–15:30) and two afternoon shifts (11:30–20:30) across weekdays.

Responsibilities include offloading, checking goods, routing sequences, and loading pallets onto vehicles. A valid forklift licence (ITSAR/RTITB) is required along with prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Offload and check inbound/outbound goods, scan and locate items in warehouse locations.
• Sequence goods into delivery routes.
• Verify goods against dispatch documentation for codes and quantities.
• Load goods and pallets onto delivery vehicles (Rigids/Artics).
• Assist with other reasonable requests from management.
