Job summary

The-Best-Connection-Employment-Group is seeking an experienced FLT Driver for a fast-paced 3PL warehouse in the United Kingdom. The role involves safely unloading and loading trailers and picking stock using MHE or by hand across multiple contracts.

Shifts are day-based (08:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00) with potential move to a two-shift pattern in the future; previous warehouse and MHE experience is essential; a minimum of 2 years in similar roles is required.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Flexi experience.
• Or valid Counterbalance or Reach for conversion.
• Previous warehouse and MHE experience - min 2 years.
• Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and shift times.
• Good team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Flexi trucks in a safe and efficient manner.

Hours:Day shifts, Monday to Friday 08:00 till 16:00 or 10:00 till 18:00 options to move onto shift pattern work 2 Shift in furture.
