Job summary

First Call Contract Services is seeking a Warehouse Operative with Reach Truck experience. The role is based near Coventry, with shifts starting early mornings. You will collect, pick, pack and deliver goods, prepare dispatch documentation, and ensure safe loading and unloading of vehicles.

A valid licence for reach, counterbalance, VNA or LLOP is required, along with good literacy and numeracy. Training is provided after a successful assessment, and there are long-term opportunities with the

Responsibilities

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £13.15 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Warehouse Operative including use of Reach Truck is based in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, near Coventry.

You must have recent MHE experience. You will need to pass an assessment, after which full training will be provided. Shifts for Forklift Driver

• 06:00 to 14:00
• 14:00 to 22:00
• Monday to Friday

Pay:

• £13.15 per hour
• £16.16 after 8pm
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Forklift Driver

• Collecting, picking, packing and delivering goods to locations as directed
• Preparing products for dispatch and receiving returned product in an effective, efficient and safe manner
• Reconciling products with documentation and loading / unloading vehicles in an effective, efficient and safe manner
• Have good teamwork
• Candidates must have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
• All candidates must have a valid reach, counterbalance, VNA or LLOP licence (one of these is acceptable)
