Pertemps is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an innovative and fast-growing organisation in the healthcare sector. We are seeking organised and committed Reach and Counterbalance Drivers to join their team at a brand-new warehouse in Leamington Spa.

Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM, 4 days on, 4 days off.

As a FLT Driver / Packing Assistant, you will work closely with the dispensing Teams, ensuring all medication orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely packing medications for dispatch.
• Scanning orders and preparing them for collection.
• Keeping the storage and scan‑out areas tidy and organised.
• Breaking down boxes and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Tracking deliveries and collections, logging all relevant information.
• Restocking shipping materials such as bags and bins.
• Occasionally assisting with deliveries to the Post Office or courier services.
• Unpacking and organising incoming pharmacy supplies.
