Childbase Partnership Limited is seeking a Forest School Leader for Willows Day Nursery in Stoke Mandeville. The role focuses on delivering engaging outdoor learning using Forest School principles, aligned with the EYFS as Key Person.

You will promote child wellbeing and work collaboratively with families and staff. The role offers 37.5–40 hours per week, year‑round, with varied shifts and a permanent contract, plus generous staff benefits and development opportunities at our employee‑owned

Qualificações

• You hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above plus a forest school qualification.
• You are experienced in forest school practice using EYFS as Key Person to plan high‑quality outdoor activities.
• You safeguard and promote children’s wellbeing, communicating well with families and colleagues.
• You collaborate in a supportive team and build positive relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver high‑quality outdoor learning activities for children.
• Implement Forest School sessions in line with EYFS guidance.
• Work in partnership with children, parents and colleagues to support development.
