Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher.
  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities.
  • Take ownership of observations and planning for key children.
  • Mentor and guide team members in curriculum development.
  • Maintain positive relationships with families and support with SEND/ASL needs.
