Qualifications

• Extensive experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with the early years curriculum.
• Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Mentor team members and contribute to curriculum development.
• Maintain relationships with families and support parents with SEND/ASL needs.
