Job summary

Diverse Services Ltd. provides specialist forensic supported living in London. The role involves delivering recovery‑focused support to men at Fitzneal House, with structured sessions to build daily living and tenancy skills.

You will work 12‑hour long days and waking nights on a rota, including weekends, with a 5‑month probation. A specialist rate reflects higher responsibility and the aim to keep people safe and progressing towards independence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with forensic histories or complex needs.
• Understanding of safeguarding adults and information sharing.
• Ability to document clearly and accurately in English.
• Knowledge of risk management plans and professional boundaries.
• Commitment to completing Level 3 within 6 months if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support per individual plans.
• Run structured key-work sessions to develop daily living and tenancy skills.
• Assist with care coordination, and attend appointments with professionals.
• Prompt and support medication in line with policy.
• Maintain room, curfew and safety checks as required.
• Use de-escalation skills to prevent incidents and participate in debriefs.
