PwC UK is seeking an Investigations & Forensics Manager in Manchester to lead significant workstreams with accounting judgment, financial analysis and clear communication. Qualifications

• You are a qualified accountant, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in investigations, forensic accounting, audit, disputes, risk or financial analysis.
• You understand financial statements, accounting records, transaction flows and internal controls.
• Delivered fraud, bribery or corruption risk management advisory work.
• Led substantial workstreams or smaller engagements, balancing quality, commercial priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation workstreams from scoping and planning through analysis, reporting and close-out.
• Review financial statements, records, journal entries, payments, contracts and transaction patterns.
• Assess fraud, bribery and corruption frameworks, controls and governance, then develop practical remediation roadmaps.
• Manage workplans, budgets, timelines, risks and quality, while coaching junior colleagues and communicating with senior stakeholders.
