Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be working with a leading accountancy practice as they seek to appoint a newly or recently qualified accountant into their forensics team. This is a newly created role within the firm & provides full training, a supportive culture, a generous remuneration entitlement, as well as excellent scope for progression. This is a fantastic role for a qualified finance professional seeking their first move out of an audit/accounting training contract.

The Job

Working with the experienced forensics team, you will primarily work across financial crime, corporate fraud, & personal injury cases. This role will work closely with leading law firms & other third parties to provide key witness testimony & assist with the resolution of complex cases. Full training & on-boarding support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Candidate Criteria

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

  • ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountant.
  • Practice trained is preferable.
  • Any prior forensics/advisory experience would be highly desirable, but not essential. Those coming from an audit, accounts, or tax background will also be considered.
  • Excellent analytical & organisational skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently & as part of a team.
  • A passion for a career in forensic accounting.
