What you’ll be doing:

As our Orchard Foreman, you’ll lead the way in producing premium apples while managing and motivating a high-performing team. You’ll be hands‑on in daily operations, working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise the efficiency of daily orchard operations.
• Implement effective company policies as directed by the Orchard Manager, particularly regarding orchard husbandry techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Manage and motivate orchard staff effectively, in alignment with company human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintain, demonstrate, and promote safe workplace standards by adhering to the company's Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general orchard work as required.
