Foreman

Salary: £40k - £45k, Location: Oldbury, Region: Midlands

A major Civil Engineering Contractor are seeking a Foreman to work in the Midlands area on a Highways Project. The client are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with primarily Highways/Civil experience to work on this exciting opportunity.

The candidate will:

• Have worked on projects £30m plus
• Have been responsible for 30 or more direct labour / subcontractors daily
• Have IOSH / NEBOSH safety qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with site teams
• Manage the construction works
• Liaise with people on site, client and stakeholders
• Assist in the planning process
• Implement and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards (reporting, risk management, finance, HR, SHE, quality, corporate image)
• Ensure that work is carried out safely to all safety, health, environmental management systems implemented by the project
