Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Demand Planning Assistant in Manchester for hybrid work with at least one day a week in the office. The role provides administrative support to the Demand Planning team and collaboration with category partners to ensure smooth operations and accurate forecasting.

You will gain exposure across Co-op's Supply Chain, supporting range events and promotions, and developing your admin and data reporting skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Some previous admin experience with basic Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience of working in an administrative role
• A high level of attention to detail
• Openness to change and a desire to learn and progress your career within the Coop
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of colleagues at different levels

Responsibilities

• Support data integrity making sure that compliance to process is sustained
• Provide continued support to categories through reporting and process compliance
• Support a range of ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Work closely with the Demand Planners, supporting with range events and promotions, helping to make sure that compliance is right
• Support supply chain category management, working collaboratively with internal and external partners
• Work on a range of ad-hoc projects to support the team as required and opportunity to investigate and analyse forecasting queries from suppliers and our store teams
