Qualifications

  • Experience in forecasting / demand planning, ideally within a seasonal business.
  • Excellent Excel skills and commercial awareness.
  • Understanding of MRP / ERP systems.
  • Expertise in stock management.
  • Logical thinker, able to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the forecast for a defined division, collaborating with Sales to build a robust demand plan.
  • Support the planning of approximately 2,400 finished goods SKUs.
  • Provide accurate reporting and insights to inform production and purchasing decisions.
  • Assist with stock balancing between warehouses and KPI reporting.
  • Support Production Planners and the Inbound Supply Team with PO management.
