Job summary

Kurt Geiger is seeking a retail associate to deliver exceptional service and guide customers through product selections. You will be responsible for opening/closing tills, stockroom organization, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service to customers
• Responsible for opening and closing till system; assist in stock management and stockroom organization
• Welcome clients warmly and guide them to products based on their needs
• Maintain shop floor standards and replenish stock to ensure smooth operations
• Support management in achieving individual and team sales targets
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and explain benefits to customers
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities
• Adhere to brand uniforms (all black, unbranded) and act as a brand ambassador
• Participate in training to become confident brand ambassadors
