Job summary

A leading educational institution is seeking a qualified Sport Therapist to support their football programme. This role involves working closely with the Head Coach and Programme Manager to provide expert injury care and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate has a Sport Therapy degree and experience with football injuries. You will play a crucial part in helping student-athletes recover and perform at their best. The position is based in Henley-on-Thames, offers a casual contract, and requires flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing and managing football-related injuries such as soft tissue injuries, concussions, and joint sprains.
• Strong knowledge of pitch-side assessment and emergency protocols.
• Experience supporting student athletes in an educational setting (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Acute intervention at matches: diagnosing sports-related injuries.
• Designing and implementing rehabilitation interventions for safe returns to optimal performance.
• Complying with College Safeguarding and Data Protection policies.
