• Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience.
• BTEC or equivalent in a sport subject.

Responsibilities

• Agree an individual training programme with each learner.
• Deliver education sessions.
• Assess and monitor learners.
• Develop learners’ knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Ensure learners complete their programme on-target.
• Identify and address gaps in achievement.
• Maintain a record of progress and achievement for each learner.
