Salary: £14.00 - £21.00 per hour depending on qualification

Job Summary

You will be responsible for planning and delivering informative team coaching sessions, and will join a team of experienced and dedicated coaches, developing the next generation of footballers in South London.

Job Description
  • Plan and deliver age‑appropriate training sessions focusing on fundamental skills, movements and techniques, implementing fun and engaging practices that promote player development and enjoyment of the game;
  • Manage and coach teams during matches and tournaments, ensuring all players receive equal playing time and experience, providing tactical instructions and encouraging positive sportsmanship;
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with players, parents and other coaching staff;
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during training sessions and matches, adhering to Foundation policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and player development.
Person Specification
  • Have experience in coaching football, ideally within a talent development environment, with a proven track record of success;
  • Be an FA/UEFA qualified coach, ideally at Level 2/UEFA C or above;
  • Be reliable, organised, flexible and willing to learn;
  • Be available for evening, weekend and/or holiday work.
