Job description

Overview

Our client is a National Property and FM Provider. It is currently enjoying a growth period and looking to hire an experienced Foot-Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Cover numerous client sites ranging from small hospitals, commercial office space, to retail and research centres.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance at these sites, including pumps, motors, air conditioning and other related building services. 80% of work will be PPMs and 20% reactive.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to fault-find, be pro-active, and multi-skilled.
