📍 Location: Central London & West End
💷 Salary: £50,000 + Overtime
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you a hands‑on, reliable Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading Facilities Management company? We're hiring for a Foot Mobile Engineer to support a portfolio of high‑end commercial offices in Central London and the West End.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing
  • Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment
  • Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components
  • Keep accurate service records using a PDA system
  • Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and site regulations
  • Conduct inspections and pre‑empt potential issues
What We’re Looking For
  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong fault‑finding skills and a proactive approach
