• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing.
• Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment.
• Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components.
• Keep accurate service records using a PDA system.
• Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and site regulations.
• Conduct inspections to pre-empt potential issues.

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
