Responsibilities

• Tiling and carpentry tasks including fire door ppm.
• Assemble furniture and perform plumbing tasks.
• Conduct drainage and flushing operations.
• Test fire alarms and inspect doors.
• Perform grouting and plastering.
• Repair building fixtures such as doors and windows.

Working Hours & Pay

Monday – Friday (plenty of overtime available) • £38,000 + overtime • 4 commercial sites in West London

Responsibilities

• Tiling
• Carpentry – Door hanging, fire door ppm
• Assembling furniture
• Plumbing
• Drainage & flushing
• Fire alarm/door testing
• Grouting & plastering
• Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements

• Experience as a building services fabric engineer
• Trades qualifications – C&G or NVQ
