Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer

A leading Hard FM contractor currently has a key requirement for a Foot mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer for commercial offices in London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamping, small plumbing repairs and other reactive work.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of BMS front end systems.
• Carry out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
• Complete breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
• Fault find and repair electrical systems and mechanical plant.
• Be based on a site in Central London.

Requirements

• Can be mechanical or electrical biased.
• Have experience in PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
• Have fault finding and repair experience on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
• Should have experience with client-facing roles and good relationship‑building skills.
• Be within an easy commute to Central London.

Compensation

Up to £39,000 basic + travel card zones 1‑6 (reimbursed monthly through expenses) + holiday + benefits.
